Hey guys and gals, does anyone here play Everquest besides me? Myself and a friend at looking at starting a guild on the Rodcet Nife Server, and apparently you need 10 players (not characters) who are willing to join as well before Sony will allow you to proceed. Lemme know! Requiem

I have a dead monitor! It was only a 17 inch monitor that I paid $300 bux for in 1998. Truth is, I can't believe it lasted this long for a no name (KDS) cheapy (for that time). I'm looking for another cheapy 17" monitor for the kids' computer since that desk doesn't have much room on it. Does anybody have any cheap ideas?

OK, this game is a riot. it is a turn based pimp strategy game. http://www.bordellobattles.com?ref=zombie You start the game with a certain number of turns and a little bit of money. You need to go out and find your ho's, hire some thugs, buy some weapons and start pimpin'. You are in competition with a few thousand other pimps, so occasionally your house will get attacked and they will try to steal your ho's or your money or they will try to trash your crib. I have been playing it for a week and a half and im hooked. There are no graphics... its all turn based. Money ceases to become an issue after a while, hell I have a $10,000,000 payoff to the poli…

I downloaded a game called Syberia (recommendation from a friend at work), some Bugs Bunny RPG game and god knows what else I downloaded cuz I can't remember. If I like them, it was nice knowing ya'all If I don't, people better start telling me where all the cool demos are hiding on the net then... -Brat

I just picked up a copy of ST:SFC3 at BestBuy this weekend (gift cards). Not a bad game. I'd be interested to see this mamma jamma at a lan party. See if you FPS psycho's can handle a game that requires tactics and planning. j/k

Ok, one of my other complaints at some of the bigger LAN's I been at is that we all either play the same damn game everytime all night long, or we are all playing different games with only a few of us in. The idea of the LAN is to have a bunch of people, face to face, playing a game together. So here are some suggestions I wouldn't mind seeing done. 1) Set up a schedule. Bob, as leader, hosts. He sets up a schedule, and puts it up, like 6pm to 9pm we'll be playing Unreal 2k3, 9pm to 1am (or when it's done) we'll be playing Warcraft 3, from 1am to 3am we'll be playing Half-Life TFC. The people there can choose to or not to join the server and play, but it gives a…

We have had several successfull lan parties over the course of the past few years and would like to expand the parties so more people can join in on the fun. What we would like to do is have a membership. When we rent out halls/backrooms/etc we would have to charge to cover the costs. Members would obviously pay a reduced rate. The range could be anywhere from $5 a party to $20 a party depending on where and what is included. We have found some great rates and are in the process of booking dates. Of course this doesn't mean we're not going to have those freebies!!!!!!! It's just that the cost is starting to hit us in the pocketbook. Think about it…

Ok, LAN games are great, but the one thing PC's really don't do well is fighting games. I was thinking it would be a blast to have a PS2 or something at a LAN for like DBZ, or Tekken, or whatever, and also for Sports games like Madden or NHL. Do you think anyone would wanna play it? Would you? Requiem
