Intel Core 2 Gaming Performance Game Over? Core 2 Duo Knocks Out Athlon 64 Intel Core 2 Duo/Extreme processor review Intel's Core 2 Extreme & Core 2 Duo: The Empire Strikes Back "Intel's Core 2 Extreme X6800 didn't lose a single benchmark in our comparison; not a single one. In many cases, the $183 Core 2 Duo E6300 actually outperformed Intel's previous champ: the Pentium Extreme Edition 965. In one day, Intel has made its entire Pentium D lineup of processors obsolete. Intel's Core 2 processors offer the sort of next-generation micro-architecture performance leap that we honestly haven't seen from Intel since the introduction of the P6."

Prey Super Trailer This looks incredible!!! Also an article to go along with it: Prey Super Trailer! "I have to say that Prey is a powerful, amazing game. And even this trailer barely conveys the story depth and unique gameplay innovations the game world will soon experience firsthand. I've spent the better part of the last six months living with all the latest builds. And even before that, growing up across the street from 3D Realms founder, Scott Miller (how cool is that!), I was around for the birth of Prey back in 1996...so I've had quite a few years for Prey to percolate in my film-director mindset."

Need for Speed Carbon First Look "This year's game is an ambitious expansion of the key features that have made the series popular with new elements that have come out of the team's research into the racing scene. The big hooks this year are canyon racing, racing crews, and car class affiliation. The heart of the game's career mode is a battle for control of a city. The game's setting is a massive free roaming metropolis that's bigger than the one seen in last year's Most Wanted. In addition, you'll find massive canyons that will serve as the stage for the unique boss battles. The action in the game will find you building up a crew of racers to help you take over the …
