ATI R520 "We have confirmed the 24 pipelines rumors from several independant sources. However, these 24 pipelines are not comparable to 24 of today's pipelines - multiply by 1.3. So the 24 pipelines will have the performance of 32 "normal" pipelines. The result of this is that the R520 will be two times as fast as the currently fastest X850s." Yeah, its rumor-mill stuff.... but most here will be drooling over the next flagship products from both houses!

Has anyone noticed the free speed boost adelphia has started? I have powerlink premier and had a upload of 512-564kpbs about 60-65kbs now it's at about 874kbps avg. about 95kbs upload speed. 50% speed boost WooHoo!!!!!!!! :bump: If you have regular powerlink it's suppose to be a 33% speed boost, so 256kbps/30kbs upload should be up to around 342kbps/40kbs upload. Not really sure about the download speeds, I rarely find a place to max out my download speed anyways the only sure fire way to tell would be downloading multiple files from different locations and take a total.

I am running a Dual PIII/866 system with 1 GB registered ecc PC133 ram. I have a Geforce 2 GTS 64 MB video card now. I wanna upgrade the video, but i dont want to go too far... I dont want to put a 5,000 dollar stereo in a 500 dollar car. I'm looking to spend in the neighborhood of 100-150 dollars for a new video card. any suggestions? I'd like to stay with Nvidia (never had a problem with nvidia), but I will go with an ATI card (i heard the drivers have gotten better). thanks ~ML

I just bought a PS2 last month... no, not another PS2... my first PS2... anyone selling old games? I am specifically looking for the PS2 versions of the Silent Hill games, Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, NHL Hitz 2003, and Onimusha 2.
