First-person shooters singled out for potential therapeutic benefits. "Researchers at the University of Rochester in New York have announced findings claiming that playing games, specifically those oriented around action, improve contrast sensitivity function (CSF); that is, the ability to detect subtle differences in shades of grey." Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up. I'll be posting these two things on evilbay in the next or so but if anyone is interested before that... First I have an extra copy of Rock Band 2 for the 360. I opened it without even thinking when I got the RB2 bundle a couple weeks ago. $30 And the last racing wheel you'll ever need, my Logitech G25. I've seriously only used it twice. Once for a couple hours the day I got it and once at Bdotobdot's house so he could try it out, and that was in 2006 when it was released. Since then, its been in the box and used as a printer stand. I love it and hate to sell it but better things are coming. Its in mint condition with all…

As of October 2008, Sony has been asking gaming publishers to pick up the tab. Dubbed the "PlayStation Network Bandwidth" fee, the rate Sony charges publishers amounts to 16 cents per Gigabyte. Free content, such as game demos, only rack up charges for the first 60 days they are available, but bandwidth costs for paid downloadable content are billed to the publisher essentially forever. Given this fee and Microsoft's attempts at making every high profile release exclusive to the Xbox 360, is it any surprise that gaming firms like Rockstar an…
