Mysterious glitch renders PlayStation 3 units inoperable Beginning Sunday, many PlayStation 3 owners found the PlayStation Network inaccessible, with the system giving them an error explaining that they wouldn't be able to connect. This by itself isn't a huge deal, as all online systems crumble from time to time. The bigger problem is that this glitch seems to be effecting the ability to play offline, single-player games, with reports that games like Heavy Rain are no longer functional. Seems to have something to do with the system's internal clock, a detail that Sony seems to back up. "We’re aware that many of you are having difficulty connecting to the PlayStati…

http://ava.ijji.com/? This game is pretty darn cool. It's a FREE FPS where you can level up to get betting gear or just pay them money to get the gear sooner. The graphics are great, hit detection is on point, plenty of servers and clan matches. Played it for about 2 hours today w/ my =SF= buddies and we did pretty darn good in the clan vs clan matches. it's ijji so the install is a bit odd, but that's to be expected w/ ijji. I recommend that everyone at least download it and try it out. it's free and a darn good FPS that can be played at lan events by everyone.

Damn, this one almost passed me by... (curses, so many new games....) http://www.supremecommander2.com http://www.supremecommander2.com/na/about/specs/ It's 10% off on steam right now if you pre-order!! (comes out 3/2/10) I might have to get, as I could see Mikey, Nemesis and a few others getting into some multiplayer action!

This would mean I could use it for gaming and for when I go for my MBA/Masters... while sippin on a cup of joe at spot coffee.... My little netbook is dying slowly.

Where is the Bioshock 2 demo? Do devs not release demos of their games anymore? How will I know if it is any good? To be honest, I'm sure it will be at least as good as the first. I never thought that the first one was nearly as amazing as everyone thought, but it was a decent ride. However, I can no longer buy a PC based on hype or its previous iterations. Take FEAR 2 for example. I love the first one, still whip it out for a run through the single player occasionally. I downloaded the demo for the second and couldn't stand it. It felt all wrong. The guns, the pacing, the AI--it was all dumbed down, slow, and felt weird. I can't describe it really--but …

This has got to be one of the best and most polished games for the ipod Touch and iphone. Can not wait for EP2 Interview with Anders Hejdenberg, Developer of Dark Nebula http://appadvice.com/appnn/2010/01/apptalk...of-dark-nebula/ When starting out, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted to accomplish – but the main thing initially was to get the controls right. Without good controls, you have nothing. We started out using touch controls, but it just didn’t feel right. We tried out various different methods, but having your fingers all over the screen just felt too intrusive. We were used to making games that were controlled with analog sticks and butto…
