Hi - anyone have any leads on what retail stores may be getting more Wii's this weekend or next week? Target told me they get shipments throughout the day, but a worker told me they only put them out in the morning. Anyone know anyone who works in a retail store that may know when shipments usually come? Thanks and good luck!

We've been running into some problems over at the Frag Shack lately, and we need your help to figure it out! We all know and love the WNY crew, so Shaggy and I have been trying to figure out the best way to make the gamers happy at our LAN's, without interfering with WNY's dates. There's a poll up in our forums right now for the best LAN day. It's a tough choice, between Fridays and Saturdays....So many choices, so little time... If you have any suggestions, we're open to them. We don't want to have our numbers dwindle any farther down the toilet, so please, come cast your vote and have some fun at the LAN. The April date will be chosen soon, as well as a…

Bungie Unscrews Previously Screwed Gamer "Exactly one week ago today I told the story of Nathaniel. Nathaniel had an Xbox 360 upon which he collected signatures and custom artwork from notable members of the gaming community. When the console broke, he called Xbox support and explained the situation. The phone representative assured him the artwork and signatures would be safe and sound during the repair process so Nathaniel hesitantly sent it on its way. When the console was returned to him, the case was clean. No artwork by Luke McKay, no Bungie signatures, no funny lines written by the Rooster Teeth Productions staff. Everything was gone. Because of the communicati…

Burnout Paradise Coming to PC in January 2009 http://www.operationburnout.com/paradise/b...n-january-2009/ The PC setup at the EA booth was magnificent, with three monitors being fed simultaneously using a box from manufacturer Matrox. While the images from the side monitors were slightly stretched, the added viewing angle really made it easier to take down enemies. The PC version will also support the same camera functionality as console versions, meaning you'll be able to use any USB webcam to capture images for your licenses and online takedowns. As for other PC features, the development team claims that it might tweak the single-player progression slightly, bu…

Since Circus City is closing, I stopped in there. CDs and DVDs are 20% of except new releases, those are 10%. Console games all looked to be 10% but all I looked at were the Sexbox games. Rock Band and GH were 20% I Didn't look at TVs or anything like that so I'm not sure how much off those things are. I figure when someone stops in there, they can post here if the % dropped. That way all of us will know and won't have to go there just to see if it did. DRagon

Hey guys. Now that I have my new system and case, I'm saying bye bye to the clear case. Yes, the Febuary lan was the last time you'll ever see me using the case. If anyone wants it, come and get it, its free. One hitch though, no parts for it, ie no fans(4, uses 80mm), fan grills(2), filters(2), power or reset switch, the little fan box I made for powering the fans(whether you use it or not). I am leaving the back I\O panel(you have to have something to mount your pci cards). I will though, for $30 give you all that stuff and all the screws to fit your drives and stuff, since it needs longer screws because of the 1/4" plastic. Item is floor model and sold as is.…

Power Color X1800 GTO: Cable-free Crossfire Explored "Power Color has sent us their X1800 GTO card which is specced identically to the Sapphire version, albeit with a different cooler. To add some meat to this article however, we will be testing both cards in Crossfire in a number of configurations to see how ATI's recently implemented cable-less Crossfire support fares."

teaser for 1.4 So how is 1.3? I never upgraded? Is it worthwhile? Should we put that (1.3) on the game server?
