At the last LAN... Bflo, Raimondo, and Dewenem77 were all playing this game if you can recall. It's a first person shooter that really stands out for 2 reasons. It's ballistics are the best I've seen anywhere (shoot whatya aim at) and it's objectivity and gameplay in general. Two Teams: Allies (usually offensive) and Axis (usually defending) Allies have to for example in the map "Fuel Dump" build the bridge get the Tank across, blow the Tunnel Gates, Guide tank to Axis Base and blow their wall... Get inside disable the fence to setup for Planting Dynamite at the 2 Fuel Dumps. 30 Minutes to decide who wins. 4 Classes that you can choose from on your either team…

Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars Public Beta First Details "At long last, we are delighted to confirm the impending Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars Public Beta. The ETQW Closed Beta has been going extremely well and yielding excellent results. We want to give more people the opportunity to give us feedback on the game so we’re going to open a Public Beta with 60,000 slots available. This way we’ll be able to test many more combinations of hardware, RAM, CPU, graphics card, drivers etc. than we’ve been able to ourselves, and also get a better idea of how the game plays for the general gaming public."

  5. Energy Drink Lovers here you go! www.energydrinkreviews.com Was looking for other stuff and came across this. Happy hunting! Like energy drinks? Well, so do we…problem is we’re tired of not knowing what the hell is worth shelling out our hard earned $1.99 for and what is going to leave us licking a toilet bowl in a desperate attempt to remove a foul taste from our mouths. This is why we have decided to take one for the team.

  6. Energy Gaming Productions will be holding a 350 player Mega LAN sometime late may / Early June. Visit www.energy-gaming.com for more info. Sorry for the basic website havent had time to update it. Dont forget to register in the forums!

  9. Epic Games on Steam

  10. Epic showcases Unreal Engine 4's dynamic lighting, fast iteration capabilities "f the widespread adaptation of this generation's UE3 is any indication, this new engine will serve as the foundation for many games across many platforms, from Epic as well as external engine licensees." "The user interface is more flexible in UE4 as well, with dockable modules. As revealed last month, it implements the visual scripting editor Kismet 2, allowing even non-programmers to build interactive scenes by converting code that determines in-game objects' behaviors into interactive flowcharts with pull-down menus."

E3 2005: EPIC'S ENGINE So you're not exactly predicting the death of the PC in the midst of this next-gen frenzy? Mark Rein: You know, it used to be id, and Epic, and a few others aimed at all those high-level games, but now because everybody's doing PS3 and Xbox 360, they're all gonna be doing high-level games. So when they do bring them to the PC, they're gonna be great. And we actually adjusted our pricing structure on Unreal Engine 3 basically to say "you're paying for all three whether you're using it or not, so you may as well do PC!" We're evangelising to all our customers, we want them to do PC, because we make royalties, so the more they do...[la…

  12. Episode III Easter Egg Hunt "During the space battle, when a blue laser beam lances out of the belly bay of a massive Republic Star Destroyer and splits a Banking Clan frigate in two, it unleashes a blossoming explosion with streaming debris. The camera pans along with one sizable chunk as it slams back into the Republic vessel. That is indeed a kitchen sink."

I was playing NWN2 last night a few hours from about 9pm to 1am. Everything went great had no issues at all with computer. When I was done I shutdown computer normal. Wife before works she normally goes online to check bank account if she needs to. This morning she turned computer on and it will not boot. Don't even get any beep codes. On the MB just the FF code is displayed right away. I think that's the code for a normal boot. Only time I get a sound from the MB is when I take video card out. I take the memory out and get no beep codes. Do I have a bad MB all of a sudden?

  15. "GentleMouse is an ergonomic software program that eliminates the need to click the mouse by translating cursor movements into mouse actions, providing an easy way to perform mouse actions without manually pressing buttons or scrolling. ExtremeTech's review of the GentleMouse provides an in-depth look of this unusual software and was quite pleased with its "intuitive interface, execution, and software options" but the software "cannot overcome issues in certain apps where clicking a mouse is essential, such as when gaming or designing graphics." Here's a video tutorial of the GentleMouse in action." http://slashdot.org/articles/07/03/23/2059256.shtml
