B.Ob.
Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars Public Beta First Details "At long last, we are delighted to confirm the impending Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars Public Beta. The ETQW Closed Beta has been going extremely well and yielding excellent results. We want to give more people the opportunity to give us feedback on the game so we’re going to open a Public Beta with 60,000 slots available. This way we’ll be able to test many more combinations of hardware, RAM, CPU, graphics card, drivers etc. than we’ve been able to ourselves, and also get a better idea of how the game plays for the general gaming public." B.Ob.
Enemy Territory Quake Wars Beta Performance "Splash Damage's long awaited follow up to Wolfenstein Enemy Territory has been released in beta. Last year at Quakecon we covered their talk on the game, and finally we have our hands on a copy we can test out for ourselves after playing it at E3 and Quakecon last year. We decided to begin taking the game for a spin to see how it performs initially on 7 video cards with high end settings. Will Quake Wars destroy your system if you don't own an 8800 or will megatexturing keep you in the game? We shall see. We have tested with the following video cards at 1280X864, and 1600X1200. GeForce 8800GTX GeForce 8800GTS 640MB GeForce 8800GTS 320MB GeForce 8600GTS GeForce 7900GTX GeForce 7900GT GeForce 7600GT"

Dragon
I've been "trying" to play it since subscribers to Fileplanet have had access to it. I'm no impressed. It feels like they tried to take a twitch shooter and change it to a more tactical one. I'm not sure where ppl are getting this "BF2 killer" thing from. This game it not BF2 nor is it even close to the feel and play style of BF2. Dragon
