The anti-video game bill (S 6401 A/A 11717) has passed both the House and Assembly and is now in hands of Governor Paterson. Please take action now and send a letter asking him to veto the anti-video game bill. New York gamers need to send a message: More video game education, not video game regulation! This bill would waste NY residents hard earned tax dollars on investigating video games when the facts are already in. We have much higher priorities for our resources and dollars than this kind of crusade. http://www.videogamevoters.org/takeaction/nygovernor/ Bill to be voted on it is enitrety http://assembly.state.ny.us/leg/?bn=A11717&sh=t

Some basic benches from the distrusted 3dMark series- 2001se 3200XP - 16,300 2001se 3000-64 18,164 11% faster 2003 3200XP - 4400 2003 3000-64 - 5600 22% faster I have other benches however as this is informal I do not have them right now. I will also say far cry is definetly faster by a lot. Having two RAID controllers on the board is weird. I do not see the point even though you could always say the more the better. The one …

Does anyone here run SETI besides myself? What is SETI? Their homepage I run my own SETI proxy here using SetiQueue. (cause we know neither adelphia nor berkeley's server will go down *cough* ) (Summary is usually what I go to most here) My stats here Basically when it runs, it keeps your CPU at 100% all the time, so if you have CPU, memory, motherboard, power supply or cooling issues, they crop up pretty quick!! So needless to say, if my machines aren't 100% stable, I get to find out why. For those interested in running it, email me and I'll send you the CLI version that I run as a service. I hope to have that zipped and up for anytime download soo…

Steam has a demo. Random nation to 100 turns. Interesting game and a big departure from the previous. Looks like combat is more interesting, but harder to cities.
