WNY Gamers Club February 2012 LAN Event Saturday, February 11th, 2012 Starts at Noon, finishes at Midnite. Building upon the success of the last LAN @ The Dome, we're going to have the next one there as well. We all had a great time during the January LAN, so I expect nothing less of this one. Since the food from their kitchen was fantastic, we'll be going that route again, so everyone gets to order what they want. I highly recommend the Stinger Sub & their BBQ Chicken Fingers. We'll be in the Upstairs room, food can be purchased from the kitchen downstairs. Admission will only be $5 a person. We have spots for 25 to 30 people... …

If you guys remember my old case, you probably remember the fan with the scrolling messages. You can use them to display your system specs or any text you want using a USB connection and the included software. Xoxide has them on sale for $4.95 shipped, or $3.95 shipped if you buy more than four. Might make for good prizes... http://www.xoxide.com/cooljag-pro-flash-80mm-fan.html

Steam client for android, including CHAT. I believe it is out for iOS as well. Check it out here: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.valvesoftware.android.steam.community Sign in to the app ASAP, as I think it is still in beta--signing in will put you on the list as they open it up further.

What new games did you all get for Christmas? I got the Witcher 2 assassins of kings. Not sure if I like it or not. The graphics are good but in some spots the playability could be a bit easier. I also got Dungeon seige 3. I like this one a lot. I played the first 2, never completed them though. I always seem to get to a ppoint in a game where I can never find what I need to complete a quest and continue the story. Anyone playing the Witcher 2.

I noticed a few people here have Nuclear Dawn in their steam wishlist so I figured some of you might be interested in this. The bundle contains Nuclear Dawn, Max & The Magic Marker, Fractal, and Super Crossfire (steam keys only for the first 3). They usually end up adding extras as the sale goes on, more games or soundtracks usually.
