TW raise the Premier upload?

SpeakEasy.net at NYC shows similar numbers. I wonder what's up witht he 5mb/s for the DL.

 

Last Result:

Download Speed: 4788 kbps (598.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 954 kbps (119.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

 

 

Both interfaces are set to full duplex. Outside interface is 100mb and inside is 10mb. With my premier service I should be rocking at near full 10mb/s.

Well, we finally got a letter in the mail from Time Warner announcing their complimentary speed increase of Road Runner Turbo to 15Mbps down and 2Mbps upload. I would assume this is what everyone that had Adelphia Premier should be at now!!

I guess you will remain "low life"..... :blink:

 

Although if TW follows the same pattern Adelphia had, I would imagine normal cable modem service would eventually be 10m/1m.

 

/me drools at the thought of 25m down and 3m up for LANs..... B)

PurSuiT called me last night asking wtf I was doing online that he was unable to xfire me...I was sleeping. I had no connectivity today, so I powercycled and now my connection blowz.
