  2. Intel and Micron Double Flash Storage Capacity http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/arti...meter_nand.html The 25nm process produces 8 gigabytes (GB) of storage in a single NAND device, creating a high-capacity storage solution for today's tiny consumer gadgets. It measures just 167mm2 -- small enough to fit through the hole in the middle of a compact disc (CD), yet packs more than 10 times the data capacity of that CD (a standard CD holds 700 megabytes of data)."

  6. USB 3.0 start to appear, sort of "USB 3.0 hasn't yet been fully completed but it's implementation could come more quickly than its predecessor's did. Vendors are already starting to prepare their computer hardware for the new bus standard. Today, for example, we saw an upcoming Asus notebook with a pair of USB 3.0 ports. Well, sort of. The ports are actually rated as USB 2.0 devices and didn't appear to have the extra pins required by the new version of the bus. However, the spaces where those pins will go were clearly present."

Radeon 3870 X2 works at 825MHz "ATI dared to clock two RV670 chips to over 775MHz, and it realized that its dual slot cooler can cool this chip all the way to 825MHz. This is the current clock of Radeon 3870 X2, but some partners might clock it a bit faster. This is the minimal clock of the card. ATI clocked it at over 800MHz in order to break one Teraflop, and this will be the first card to do that, while Nvidia’s Geforce 9800 GX2 will be the second to go over this mark." HD3870X2 delayed, benchmarked "AMD HAS riled world+dog by back the date on the 3870X2 launch. NDA’d for today, the twin engine graphics card was supposed to shock and awe consumers a…

Here come the 9600GT specs "The funniest part is that they have a slide that says "116% Faster!!!", and immediately follow it with "Single Largest Generational Performance Increase in our History", in green no less. Does anyone else read this as them admitting that the 8600 sucked? Hint: it did."
