So I reinstalled Website Watcher last night, bookmarked the top 10 sites that carry the x1900xt, set to check the price every 10 minutes and to email me @ work/home if it changes. This program is very useful if you're into the refurbs @ newegg as that stuff get snapped up fairly quickly. Bought my current video card and motherboard that way, saved about $110 and lasted 3 years. I plan to do this for the ideal RAM, motherboard, case, etc. Will be looking at Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe, 2x1G XMS or OCZ RAM, 2x hdd (Raptor 150G and WD 250G or more), 600W PSU, etc. Please list any suggestions as some of you guys research hardware all day every day, :dork:

The Wii's Wild Controller 1. The Set-Up An accelerometer consists of a silicon weight—less than one millionth of a gram—connected to a chip by minuscule springs. When you hold the controller still, the weight sits equidistant between sets of silicon plates. A current running through the weight sends equal voltages to all plates.

http://www.flyinglab.com/pirates/ I'm with the beta sign-eed up goodness. Eeek! "But I don't always get to add more and more people every week. While that's frustrating for those of you who filled out a Beta application in 2005, it's even more frustrating for people with Beta Keys who sort of expect to get an invite the day after they add their Beta Key to their application or at least that same week."

Thermalright XP-120 P4 Heatsink preview "This cooler is the first one we've seen to utilize a 120mm fan as its native unit, without an adapter. Don't let the sheer size fool you though. Even though it dwarfs the SP-94 in size, its all-aluminum construction makes it feel feather-light, which it almost is, comparatively speaking, weighing in at almost 250 grams less than the SP-94." Intel only, for now thou...

I've never leased a vehicle before, usually buy a ~12k used Cherokee every 3-4 years. Here's what Im looking at: 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4, 5.7L Hemi The limited package basically has everything I want, but I upgraded the wheels, added towing package (for my boat) and removed the sunroof, so the base MSRP is $40,700. They are currently give a $3,500 allowance plus I get $3,512 employee discount and $1,000 for having a Jeep now. I estimate my trade in @ $4,000, so that brings the total down to ~ $28,500 @ 39 months for ~ $300/mon. The SRT8 model is $40,800 MSRP, but I would not receive ANY discounts. Any thoughts??

Tim Sweeney interview posted at Beyond3d Intel17: For the next Unreal Engine game, do you guys use a lot of BSP geometry, or is almost everything a high poly mesh, because lighting and shadowing effect them uniformly and quality cannot be discerned? Tim Sweeney: By object count, the levels are about 25% BSP. By polygon count, they're around 1% BSP. Mainly, BSP is for high productivity in building the shells of levels, and for a small speedup indoors using cell/portal culling techniques.
