Dice City Q: Why is my screen getting darker as I TK people. A: We have an anti TK system. As we really hate Tkers. If you start going below a score of 0. Your screens opacity will get darker. at -6 you cant talk and at -8 your screen is completely black. Rendering that annoying Tker blind.

Battlefield 2 Hands-On Preview (PC) "But this time around, the war doesn't have to be the bungled free-for-all affair that you so often see in online shooters. Battlefield 2 features some of the most advanced teamplay organizational tools built into an online game since Tribes 2. These new features were the emphasis of our most recent visit to EA headquarters to see the game in person. Fans of Battlefield 1942 -- even those who might have been disappointed by Battlefield Vietnam -- will find a lot to love here."

Battlefield 2 preview "LAS VEGAS--Microsoft surprised us by displaying a work-in-progress version of EA and DICE's Battlefield 2, the upcoming modern-day online warfare sequel, at its booth at the Consumer Electronics Show. But we weren't so surprised that we didn't immediately belly up and jump into the game to see how it will maintain the reputation of its vaunted namesake. Though there weren't a whole lot of people in the game, we did get to play around with the included player classes and several vehicles, and we can say with confidence, based on our playtime, that the spirit of the Battlefield series is certainly alive and well here." ....... ....... The Swedish website BFCentral.se have conducted an interview with DICE Lead Designer, Lars Gustavsson. Here is the English translation: "EA lengthened the developing time, it was planned to be released in the autumn in the first place. How much has this affected the game? It has affected the game quite a lot. I feel that we have, when you're writing the design and then have the chance to play it, a game like this needs all the time it can get to be played back and forth. In BF:Vietnam we had a problem with e.g. the kits such as the M60. It was tight with time and it succeeded to sneak in somehow. Because we are going to have a ranking system in the game it is imp…

BF2 Editor First Look "Unlike the package of separate tools that were released for Battlefield 1942 and Vietnam, the BF2 Editor consolidates all the tools a Modder will need into "subsections" of one Editor, allowing you to do pretty much everything from the same application."

"1.03 Update Progress In this space about a month ago, EA and DICE listed many of the feature tweaks and updates that are pending for the 1.03 Update. In order to address the key issues as quickly as possible, we set an aggressive release date for the end of August. Unfortunately, as we approach the end of this month, it has become apparent that we will not meet this goal, and we wanted to keep you abreast of our progress. We are committed to mak…
