The most crucial details had to be worked out first, namely securing a venue and setting a date. With that taken care of, we have turned our attention to working out the other details. As we move forward, more information will become available and those pages will be filled in. Of key importance now is getting the word out and giving people the opportunity to pre-register, not waiting to have a "complete" website before we publicize the event.
