Don't think there have been too many BIG patches lately. Only one that comes readily to mind is Company of Heroes.
ParoxysM
Sorry about working more than 40 hours a week and having a family. I haven't launched a computer game since March...and that was BF2. I might be a few patches behind in multiple games

DaPoets
And with BF2 even from a fresh install it's only 1 big patch anyway.

Nemesis
Sweet Tooth, This is a BYOC event, which means Bring Your Own Computer. The PC, Monitor, mouse, headphones, power cables & such, don't 4get the game disc's that U need for the games U plan on playing. We'll have Ethernet Wire plugged into Giga switches hanging around for U to tap into, so don't worry about that. Oh yeah, bring like $5 for food as we'll have Pizza & Wings. Hope that helps ya!! I look forward to seeing U there. -- Nem By the way, what do we need to bring? <--- first-comer
B.Ob.
By the way, what do we need to bring? <--- first-comer PC, screen, power cables for same, power strip, keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, headphones, any game (or other) discs you might need, and $5 if you want some pizza/wings around dinner time (6pm-ish). I think that covers everything.... Updating any game you installed is worthwhile, or at least grab the patches ahead of time if possible. **EDIT** Nemesis beat me to it....
