B.Ob.
Titan Amanda TEC (Thermal Electronic Chip) Cooler Review "The Titan Amanda TEC is a tower-design cooler with four heat pipes and two fans for taking air in and exhausting it. The first pair of heat pipes takes heat off the bottom plate of the copper base which is nickel-plated to prevent corrosion (quoting the manufacturer). Next goes a 60W Peltier element that pumps heat up from its bottom to top, above which another nickel-plated copper plate is located. Two more heat pipes take heat away from the top plate. The plates are fastened together with four spring-loaded screws. You can see traces of thermal grease along their edges. Judging by the color and consistence, it is Titan TTG-G30010 thermal grease which you’ll find included with your Amanda. ... I want to add a few words about the PCI controller to finish this section of the review:"

irons
ohhh yea.. try one upping Ionic cooling with no fans. http://inventgeek.com/Projects/IonCooler/Overview.aspx it's not even on "The Onion" I have wanted to do this project for a few years now. While it’s was a relatively quick build, the time from the photo shoot to publish has been an extremely long and rocky road. Regardless in the end we have produced the first ionic cooling system for your high end gaming system. This system produces absolutely no noise and in fact has no moving parts at all. While this is a proof of concept it proves that you can get the CFM you need to cool a system efficiently with no moving parts and no increase in power consumption. B.Ob.
Yeah, Titan Amanda seems a little out of hand: dual fans, pci-controller card. It makes water cooling seem easier. I will definately have to read up on the Ionic cooling tonight!!
