Some of the players were using the BYOC to practice while other who were not a part of the games were there just to LAN for themselves. Matt "Vector" Conwell, the event organizer of PDXLAN, made the trip down from Portland, Oregon to participate in the BYOC." ... "Shuttle, who was one of the main sponsors, supplied all of the XPC systems for the tournament area. Shuttle had an area inside the center with 16 systems for people to play on. They also had a tent outside, with even more systems. The tent was set up with chairs and a TV so people could relax." ... "As you have seen from past gaming community articles, Abit, Corsair, and other manufacturers have partnered with Jonathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel to bring forth a new set of products aimed at gamers. Next month, Abit will start selling their Fatal1ty AA8 motherboard."
