I was reading up on GRID and it says they didn't make the game to work well w/ crossfire and the game may or may not work with crossfire...

and what game have you seen the says 100% cross fire enabled? Either way show up at the LAN and we will play, the judge for your self. :)

I installed the GRID Demo last night... it won't run. I'm wondering if GRID doesn't work on xp64...

Works fine on Vista 64 so not sure, some games do not like WinXP 64, one of the reasons I switched to Vista.

I saw someone mention Grid for the upcoming LAN. We've been thinking about grabbing a decent racer - and I've had this MOMO sitting here for a couple years idling.

Couldn't find the demo anywhere, said "screw it" and just bought it.

Should have finished downloading last night and I'm looking forward to putting the pedal to the metal (plastic) after work.

(I was pleasantly surprised to see Logitech still has the momo as an active product and that there are Vista x64 drivers - woot!)

Do you guys bring your wheels, etc to Lan Parties if planning to play <insert racer>?

yeah that was the 1st thing I did was adjust the setting, maxed out the graphics and it looks great! I didn't know what my FPS were as I didn't know how to do that but as smooth as it was I guess it doesn't really matter. The 3870x2 is bad as hell, and I will be able to hook up my 2nd one tomorrow as my PSU comes in the mail supposedly...
