I need a sound card that is compatible with the AC976 connector or an HD connector. I have the X-Fi Extreme music card good card but it is not compatible with front audio on the case. I have seen that creative has released an X-Fi gaming card that has those connectors on it. I would be willing to trade my X-Fi Extreme music for the X-Fi Extreme gamer card. Well, if it were me, I'd take a dual rear panel USB connector (the ones that come with the MB that I never use) that already has the 2x5 header connector and the wire and just pick up the PHR-10 and some pins and solder it on. I would make one but for me, its not worth my time to bother making something like that. I hate screwing with pin connectors that small too. And for $4 more plus shipping its not going to break the bank to just buy one. I've ordered from Performance Pcs in the past, great company and always get my orders in a timely manor.
