I have an impressive # of stats pre-Boinc for Seti also. you know what, I haven't had internet in over a week... been so busy my fiance just now told me it's been down... Even if I had reinstalled BOINC I wouldn't have been able to get new work units. I'll get it up and going again Monday as I'm going out of town again. It appears for a project when that member has contributed at least 14 days worth of CPU Run Time to the project except for AfricanClimate@Home which requires only 1 day worth of CPU Run Time. ...and I still haven't received a unit!!
