B.Ob.
Game given pre-watershed ad ban (in the UK) "The 18-rated game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, has been criticised in the past for its violent content. The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) was asked to investigate after receiving eight complaints about two adverts featuring game extracts. They were shown before 2100 GMT when children could have been watching."
Nemesis
I hate to say this but I wouldn't mind seeing better control over Video Game advertising here in the States myself. The stuff my kids see for video games & movies b4 I can turn it off is at times very inappropriate. It's amazing how one can't sit down for dinner anymore w/ the family without something along the lines of horror/violence slipping on the screen for a video game/movie. -- Nem
ownage89
i agree, some of the violence in games and other things such as the grand theft auto games with the "hookers" and other such things its really not needed
