When I think SuperIO, I usually think of the chip they used to squeeze serial, parallel, keyboard and ps2 mouse support all onto one chip! (Yes, that happened a WHILE ago!!) Just bought two that say they will work, just have not been home to try them yet. Will be using them connected to a 2 port Silicon Image Controller that has the same chipset as the NF2-S has on it. PurSuiT Posted November 15, 2004 Share Posted November 15, 2004 Try'd out the adaptor and it works fine with my Hitichi DVD Rom but will not detect my 52x CDRW nor my 8x DVDr drive both of which are Lite-on's.
