Finally had a chance to sit down and play last night and today for a couple of hours of play and it's has the same gameplay as the first but updated rules, graphics, etc. Oh I'm ready for some co-op play, I have a 3/2 lev Fighter/Wizard moon elf character right now. Working on the graveyards to the east of Fort Locke. I have freed the refugees in the bandit camp but haven't been able to take out everyone in the house yet that wizard messes me up, going to try to lev in the graveyard and head back to see if i can take it out.

I have had it pre-ordered for a couple months now. It's shipping today so it should be in stores tomorrow. I will update once I have picked up and played for awhile.

:bump: They also stopped making the original xbox and switched over to making 360's with all manufacturing, it was about 6-8 weeks ago when the switch was made and they said this month that they would be a massive push out of systems. So I don't think it was the PS3 announcement that caused this, they have been planning this for the last 6-8 weeks.

I like firefox and have used the betas before with no or little issues but I believe this is an alpha, might still try it to see how it is.

Let's hope Sony can do it, the PS2 and Xbox 360 launch leave a bad taste in my mouth. I also heard it will launch for a min. of $425 but most people are saying it will be closer to $500. The Xbox 360 also has a gigabit NIC, I doubt the PS3 will have 2 of them. I've been reading alot of stuff about the PS3 and a major problem is trying to get everything to fit in the case they have, so just to keep it down in size and cost it should only be 1 nic. I see no reason for them to use 2 nic's anyways, originally they planned it to also act as a router and have 3 ethernet ports but that feature was scrapped because of size and cost. Another major problem for Sony I think will be having a good launch line up of games, Xbox 360 had the same problem(it had a good amount of games 16-18 but it didn't have the killer app game mostly all ports and sequels) I guess we will see but if you have any interest in getting at launch I would try to get on a list ASAP, talked to a manager at EB and they had over a 5 page list already.

And as much as live is tied into the 360 you probably wouldn't be able to hook it up to your network unless you blocked it from getting out to the internet.

Yeah for some reason gamestop stores are only getting 1-2 units per week, while other stores like ebgames, bestbuy, circuit city, etc. are getting 10-20 units a week sometimes even more. Which blows It sucks cause I pre-ordered almost 4 months ago.This reminds me of the PS2 launch, I also heard rumors microsoft cut the launch stock down just so it could say it sold out on launch day. But at least there's a few games to look forward too. I pre-ordered mine a few months ago but not sure when I'll get my 360, doesn't look like I'll make the first shipment. And they haven't said when I'll be getting mine yet

Well on my system now I'm getting 3d Mark03 -- 15223 3d Mark05 -- 7249 Athlon 64 3800+ (2.4 ghz)(939) no OC 2gb(2x1gb) OCZ cas 2.0 2-3-2-5-1t Dual Channel pc3200 400mhz -- no OC XFX 7800gt pci-e 450mhz core 1050mhz mem(factory OC) 81.87 forceware drivers System is very stable but i'm also not OC'd at all except my videocard but that's factory OC'd haven't tried squeezing any OC's out of system yet The main reason I'm scoring higher is my video card, 3dMark is only good for VC benchmarking nothing else you might beat me in a cpu bench like aquamark or sandra if the have any support for dual core

BF2 will lock up if you have hardware mixing and eax on at the same time, you can have one or the other but not both. But i've read alot of different soundcards suffer from that so i can't really blame the card to much and bluegears said they are working on the issue and hopefully will have a driver update soon with a fix. GTA:SA problem is when it rains all other sound go away until after the rain stops, not that big of a deal, I already beat the game twice so I haven't been playing much anymore so no big deal.

Worth a look, another thing I didn't mention was it has bullet time in it to ala max payne style but a neat trick is to throw a grenade then go bullet time and shoot the grenade in the air where you want it to explode. Like I said some neat stuff!!!

I've tried this and have to say WOW!!!! Some of the best graphics I've seen and very creepy(Doom3 could take a lesson from this game), Plus it has some of the best enemy A.I. I have ever seen !!!!! Enemy's sneak up on you and jump thru windows and stuff to get better angles on you very fun stuff! Demo is a bit short, I played thru it in about 15mins but it does look like it will be one of the top games this year and I can't wait till it comes out.

HeHe, sry for the late reply, been kinda of crazy for me lately. and an answer for you Nem. ASAP lol!!! Thx for the support you guys. Update on the soundcard support mess I had to deal with, I was trying to contact HDA's support with no luck. I finially just started contacting Blue Gears instead and got a reply from them within a couple of hours and had the issue fixed within 48 hours on my tv tuner card issue. Still having minor glitches with GTA:SA but they did tell me how to get BF2 working better. I'm not sure how soon the new drivers will be out but my contact with bluegears is suppose to email me as soon as he knows. So my early review of 5 out of 10 has changed to an 8 out of 10. And i feel alot better about the card now but wouldn't recommend unless you really wanted dolby digital live(which is awesome if your speaker system supports it)
