Only reason they stayed with a panel under 25w is becuase you need a charge controller with anything higher.

They gain 10% from the panel and the inverter lose is 20% to 25% (mainly in heat, same as a computer PSU). So there is no gain. Computers/consoles/lcd's all run off DC @ the heart of it all, so coming up with a straight DC power cable for the Wii and LCD would give a larger gain and cut out the inverter. As I do not see why ppl go Solar DC to AC back to DC.
