So i was modding my comp and comp and I accidently crossed some connections. My computer instantly fried itself. for sure damaged: 2 harddrives = gone motherboard =gone ive replaced the MB and was able to get the system to boot for a few minutes..Then it locked again and now i have the exact same problem. Unable to complete post, i dont even get a beep, no boot, no bios, nothing, case fans light up. cpu fan lights up, ive replaced all the parts to a different mb, everything works. parts in question: cpu, psu, and mb(#2) ive attempted to reseat the cpu, turn the heatsync, boot the system out of the case. but nothing changes. how could i fry to motherboards? does anyone have an idea of how to dig out of this hole ive doug. the psu is new and so is the case. I suspect its the psu because everyonce in a while the circut breakers in the house trip when i activate the comp. however i cant get the other psu to boot the computer (but i may have friend this mb too). Any one who thinks they can offer some advise i would be appreciate, the only thing i havent tried is booting without the cpu to see if i can at least get some post beeps. thanks in advance

hey all its been a while since i posted anything, ill be returning to the lan parties next month and yes i deff want quake 4 to be on the roster. especially since my last hl2 update hosed any online play.....stupid steam. so out of the many people who purchased the only rpg available at lauch how many of you are happy with it for those who know nothing about it - just think diablo, with the worlds most boring story line, (and a smaller screen) hack and slash can be addictive all in all i give it a 2 out of 5

ya i got one, its awesome. period. so is twisted metal, online is great now that they solved the server issues putting full length movies on there is a snap (time consuming even for power comps due to freeware conversion program - i think) mp3s, movies, pics, web surfing (in wipeout), - its so great people already figured out how to put irc on there as well :dork:

Ill be there. been cleaning up my hl2dm skills - you guys better bring it, oh and has anyone found good character models for hl2? (or any for that matter)

I think i will train long and hard to find the best way to kill anyone who uses the grappler to swing accross the map - or learn to do it myself.

quake with toilets!!! and yes i get lag 8-15 when i run a server and im the only one on there everyone go to fileplanet, they just released 20 levels for dm, or we could just wait till the lan and steal from each other

Ya i finished it. Only took me like 4 days (normal work days) great game, dumb ending like the first one - but maybe hl3 will be cool when its released sometime in 2020 the multiplayer is sweet, a bit laggy with so few servers running - but its still fun we NEED to run a hl2 server at the lan

just updated to radeon 9600 xt 128 - gotta love those direct x9 effects and another 512mb kingston - sweet hl2 and starwars battlefront, look like new games upgraded from geforce 4mx 4000 128 = POS version / only could handle direct x 7.....eh HALF LIFE 2 AT THE LAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love this game - awsome - although the steam thing pissed me off something fierce, took me an hour to validate my copy due to shitty slow steam....

You said purchase... what does purchase mean? well im selling my dvd copy of doom3, retail version - i really did not enjoy the game and wish to part with it, 40$ is the asking price oh and i didnt copy it or anything, the cd key is uncopied
