I should be able to make it, hopefully carcass too. I will try to get the server all set up for HL2 deathmatch with a good set of maps and make sure I have them shared out so everyone can grab from my machine. I've been meaning to do some internet servers like I told everyone at the last LAN but WoW has been sucking all my time up :flush:

I know in ironforge it's right near the front entrance, also the one vendor is selling snowballs right there too. It's pretty funny watching everyone throw snowballs at each other and getting drunk off the eggnog

That sucks!!!! I 've always like the ESPN/Sega Football games better than madden. Looks like I might have to pass on playing football games for the next 5 years. I hate EA!!!!! Guess they got pissed at ESPN/Sega for releasing there games this last year for $20 and keeping them for charging $50 for a game w/ just minor tweaks and roster updates. This really makes me sick :vomit: It also means w/ no competion the games won't get any better.

No my switch doesn't support QoS, I didn't think that it did. But a good find on Pursuit's part not bad for $150 w/$5.45 ground shipping. That's something I want to get but it will have to wait till after the holidays. It's the router to end all routers for at least 5 years or more till they come out with something better, hell it might be 10 years down the road before something better come out.

Yeah I think the night elf rogue will be my main character got him up to 10th last night but then got booted from server about 4am, the rogue has been my favorite to play so far. But I found transport over to mainland last night just want to finish up some quests before I head over there. but let me know your character on bloodhoof's name and I'll find you sooner or later.

well i have 2 characters on bloodhoof, one is a 8th lev dwarf hunter(Darby) and the other is a 7th lev night elf rogue(Ellilion) Tom has a gnome rogue at 14th lev(Fritz) and a dwarf hunter lev 6(forgot name) but he wants to play his gnome mainly but they are in the same area, oh and he has a night elf rogue(Talatarn) 7th lev too i think. But like I said his main character is Fritz.

I think we should leave this one up to Elilion to track down some good ones and handle the HL2 ded. server when needed. Anyone disagree? All in all, good day of gaming as usual. Dragon yeah I plan on having everything set for HL2dm for the next LAN, I might be throwing up a server from home once I found and tested a good set of maps. I haven't been playing any games the last couple of days, it hits me every once in awhile where I take a break from gaming for a couple of days. But will be starting up again full board 2nite or tomorrow, but I have some work to do on my systems before LAN on sat. so it might not be till then that I can jump back on. Hopefully sooner I should be able to get most of it done tonight. XXfingers crossedXX

I know it's a little more but I have a pioneer 108 which i think is $73-74 at newegg now, but I love it. I had a sony as my first dvd-burner and it was real picky on the type of discs it uses and the pioneer has no problems with any of the discs I throw at it. I've been using 8x dvd-r's Ritek and now memorex and they burn at 12x without any hacks or hacked firmware, if i used the hacks I could burn them at 16x but I'm happy w/12x and a lot of places have had name brand 8x dvd-r discs for 19.99 a 50pack, this week I think bestbuy has the tdk 8x dvd-r and dvd+r on sale for 19.99 but every week for the last 4-5 weeks someone has had the same deal maybe a different brand but as long as it's name brand it doesn't matter all make good quality discs. I just don't trust the liteon brand to make the long haul I've had multiple drives die on me shortly after 1 year but that was dvd-drives and cd-burning drives, never tried a dvd burner from them hopefully they are better quality. Sorry just my 2 cents P.S.-- just looking at the links and both the ones your looking at only do dvd-r at 8x the pioneer does both dvd + and - r's at 16x and DL discs at 4x http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc....-129-157&depa=1

Oh Yeah, can't wait!! I think the way they are gonna deliver is making a sound card not building it on-board because they can make more money that way. Which doesn't matter to me as long as they make it.

I know some people still play NWN like me, but since upgrading to the lastest patch 1.64 my NWN has been running alot more flakey. Well I've been watching for the next patch to come out and it looks like it's close, beta 2 of 1.65 is out and can be downloaded here http://nwn.bioware.com/support/patch.html for anyone interested in trying it out. I haven't tried it so don't know how well it works. Also I'm interested in running some good mods for NWN a couple nights a week, I know Conan4Life does make some and didn't know if anyone else made them. But I'm willing to host&serve any home made mods or any of the ones at NWN vault if anyone has requests.

That's one of the things I love about WoW is the great effort they are making to keep the game enjoyable for everyone. Doesn't matter what type of player you are there's something for everyone, Except cheaters ;-)

I would take a couple if you ordered the 25 pack of dvd-rw's the ones I have are 2x so 4x would be nice, carcass might take a few too.

I have a bunch of DVD+RW's if you want but only have 3 DVD-RW's which i want to hang on to. It kinda of sucks for some reason -rw's are more expensive and harder to get than +rw's. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! :cheer: It's F*#KING AMAZING, it kinda of feels like putting on your favorite pair of pants again but it's all new. I haven't tried half life or counter strike source yet. The graphics are the best I've ever seen hands down, nothing even comes close including doom 3 or halo 2. The story is all new but makes you feel like you never stopped playing half life 1, now I let you know I consider Half Life one of the BEST GAMES EVER made. But I would find it hard for anyone not to say that Half Life 2 is one of the greatest games ever to grace the PC or any other platform for that matter. I was in total awe when I seen one of the strider walker things cruising down the street in front of me. I will not tell anyone any part of the story, wouldn't want to spoil it for anyone. But if you haven't picked up a copy yet GO GET ONE NOW!!!!!!!!! :wwe: sell blood, sperm, your first born child, rob an old lady if you have to but pick it up ASAP!!!!!!!! I do have one gripe about it, the whole steam thing kinda of pisses me off. It only took me 5-10 mins to install everything off the disc but took me 20-30mins to register and unlock the game thru steam but once pass that annoying part pure enjoyment.
