No biggy on the CRT thing I thought 1152 * 864 was an odd size for an LCD. I run my MAG and Optiquest 17" (CRT) at that res. My Samsung (CRT) and CMV (LCD) 19" I run at 1280 * 1024 and my 21" (CRT) at work @ 1600 * 1200 res. AOE III was an awesome game, finished single player in about 15 hours as per xFire, but I would double that as I do not think xFire was on the whole time I played through it. It has some really decent game play and really nice graphics but nothing to write home about. Next LAN Mickey, Jeff or I can show it to you. Have to see if they want to do a game up also, as I have not had much multi player experience with it.

All LCD have a native res! You have a 21" LCD and play in 1152 * 864? Would think that would come out looking like striaght up crap!

Do I got to whip out my "Parsec" or "Hunt the Wumpus" on you? BF2 - Ranked servers online all the way to get the full experience. NFS: MW F.E.A.R - Still a little pricey but a good game. And I am digging Quake 4, thought I would hate this game as I was not into Q3 that much but this give me a feel of Q3 with some old UT thrown in. Actually bought it cuz media play was out of FEAR on the going out of business sale.

Think Quake 4 went off well for Febuary's LAN, might play that for a few rounds next LAN. Get some more ppl into a CTF match this time before the pizza comes. Also would have like to play alot more BF2, then again I never got to play at all.

Alot of ppl on this forum are in the same boat, most of us are working stiffs with kids. The latter I have not been blessed with yet, but can relate to not having money to waste on games/software just for fun. Might want to check out Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory or America's Army: Special Forces as they are both free and downloadable from the web.

Difficulty Bonus Start a new game under the difficulty of your choice. At any time, go back to the main menu, select Custom Level, and play it through in Serious Difficulty. Load the game you had previously started, and although the starting difficulty will have stayed the same, at the end of each level you will get the difficulty bonus for Serious difficulty.

That was 6 ppl to start out, then bob and you for the last 3 hours of the game, as you destoryed everyone in the first 3 hours.

If it gets brought up basically we will play it, Flatout was a good example as someone said "anyone ever played Flatout" and the next thing you know we got 2 full servers of Destruction Derby going. Think we are going to be playing some Quake 4 this time around, as bob and I have been duking it out a little on the WNYGamersClub.com server. :dork: ...and Dan only like 4 ppl have been playing EE2 and it takes the last 2 ppl playing like 3 hours to finish, as that is always bob :bob: and you :barney: this might be the reason you think it is a larger part of the LAN then it really is. :snore: BF2, Fear, UT2k4, SS2, NFS: MW were also present at the last LAN and played in numbers.

Quakemas Map Pack 1.0.5 Beta2 Patch Been looking at adding aanother 3rd party Map Pack but have not found any I like right now. Really would like a Deck16 convertion.
