PurSuiT
Battlefield 1943 Announced DICE finally returns to the Second World War in their upcoming release. Taking gamers back to WWII yet again, 24 player multiplayer is assured over three tropic locations: Wake Island, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima. Expect more of the aerial dog fights and trench combat the series is known for. And if you're in New York, DICE will be showing the game off at the Comic Con taking place from February 6 (tomorrow) to February 8, at booth #1441. http://videos.neoseeker.com/gametrailers/1...cement-trailer/
Tecboy
Don't know about the you guys, but Im so sick of WWII games... That I refuse to buy any more of them!
PurSuiT
Yeah I think they have been taking steps backwards since BF2. This one maxes out at 24 players, when BF2 and BF2142 were 64 player. They should just take the ranking system from BF2 and do a remap of the game in a WWII setting, then it might do good. WarSpartan
Or grab the engine used in the Call of Duty series, and add in all the goodies to that. Use their rank and perk system to boot as thats very nice. That engine runs very well on even fairly old systems but still looks good and makes for a fun game. Bigger maps, lots more vehicles...mmm. PurSuiT
Is CoD 64 players plus? In fact the BF2 Engine was moded to 128 players by a 3rd party.
