I'd love to, but the Wifey and I will be celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary with a 2 week vacation. So for the first time in a long time I'll miss a LAN event...
Who knows, I could host March if so desired? Or, unless we make the Dome the monthly spot??

Well I'm glad that the new location worked out as I'm not aware of any problems (except for the upstairs bathroom! along with the Karaoke...) We have taken the liberty of booking the Dome for April's LPE as well. This could change if people didn't want it there. But I think from what feedback we received, everyone seemed to like the Dome.
Was puzzled why so many left early, but fun seemed to be had by all!

I've only come across 2 issues so far... it initially crashed back to the desktop on me when I 1st launched the game. To fix this, I simply closed off Steam & then ran the game using the shortcut for it, which forced Steam to run & that corrected it. The other issue is that I can't pause the game, I push the ESC key & the menu shows up but U can clearly see the game still running in the background. These issues are supposed to be addressed in the upcoming patch.
Other than those 2 issues, the game runs great for me & I'm enjoying it. It'll be a fun game to play @ a lan party.

It is basically a L4D bank robbery... ...of course you can not pause a game based on time and multiplayer. I am really surprised Valve has not come up with every 4 player co-op or in this case it would work as a good 8 player co-op with bigger heists.
Or have 4 players be robbers, and 4 be cops!! that would of kicked ass!

Overall, I had fun as it seems all did and I can't wait til LPE...
Now we just need more pre reg for LPE - you don't have to prepay, just pre reg for sponsors!

It was definitely fun!! Too bad we didn't get to play more GTA4 but, next time... And the Dirt 3 was killer along with the killing floor (maybe next time we'll get the perks working?)
BTW you little "sluts" used enough bandwith (just a hair under 58Gb for the whole day!!! WTF were you people downloading??)
And I was pretty impressed how the PC based router held up! (now that the WiFi key is worked out! next major test is LPE in October!)

What was your budget for it? I might, as I was contemplating putting mine on ebay and going back to a desktop...(its my gaming laptop! Asus G73JH-A2)
I was hoping to get $1050 for it on ebay based on others I've watched. If this fits your bill, let me know as I have everything it came with including the box!

My wife has a 16 year old son that has an hp laptop he has had for almost 2 years.
Does anyone have a laptop for sale? The power cord does not work. It is his second one too.
The power connection to mb is loose. Can anyone maybe repair that. BB wants to charge him 90.00.
The kid at bb told him to get a mac. Her son has been using her dell power cord. It will not charge the
battery.

I'm thinking this Action Halflife 2 that xfcj mentioned and prolly some left for dead 1or2, TF2 ?? maybe some GTA4 for some playground of death and if there is some demand, maybe we can dust off that lead and gold game? Otherwise, beats me... That and I see that Red Faction Armageddon came out! Maybe some of dat...
We need a list of top 3 games because I need to get them installed on the lady's laptop before Saturday. She just got steam installed all by herself and was excited when she saw call of duty black ops was free for a weekend but we didn't get a chance to play it.

Me too, as I'm iching to play some games!
