I brought 2 people that have never been at Sponge's before (CrumpledMidget & HeftySmurf). They were terrified of the bathroom sponge overload, lol. I need a new monitor...hopefully I can scoop one today. The brightness is shot on my current one, so BF is especially brutal to play. It look like 85% fog on every map My Halo textures looked washed out. UT2k3 is fine for the most part, but we somehow had conflicting product keys with 4 people at the LAN. I had a valid key and even changed it to some random number, was still conflicting. Actually it was only on the one UT server...the other one was fine even with the conflicting people connecting to it as well, dunno. Im asking santa for an lcd.

I tried Trillian when it came out years ago, but I wasnt able to import my icq dbs, so I gave up. Maybe Ill check it out again.

I have an interweb friend that currently works for Blizzard...he would beta tons of games before they were released due to having odd hardware configuration (VooDoo 6000) and would write his own glide wrappers to hack the games. Some of the conversations we had in icq were amazing...that reminds me, I haven't reinstalled icq since I put on XP. If he has a copy of BF, he probably altered it to some degree. I haven't spoke to him in well over a year...I wonder

I've seen refurb 9800 pros for cheap on newegg...but you get only the card.

My 9700 Pro has the Zahlman heatsink attached (which makes the card 4x the size) plus I have a slot fan next to it.
