Unfortunately true. You can just ask Techboy about me ranting at work about how it used to be better in the "old" days. Im talking like pre 2003. When getting a lan game to work was a challenge... And after spending 2 hours setting up IPX, rebooting PCs, installing picky NIC drivers, Ventrillo, Teamspeek - - - - - - You played the game, not because it was good, but because it took so f-ing long to set up.... And everyone enjoyed it! Now this crap of automatching game servers, games that install loaders and preloaders, Games for windows, autoupdates, *cough* STEAM *cough*, Everything is server side. No game settings to tweak (ok Valve still has the hang of this), no client trust, no trust that the person in the chair may actually know what to do. Companies say "Hey were opening the market, people who couldnt play games before are now playing games". -> I say if you couldnt figure that out, i dont want to play with you anyway. [/RANT] Lap.

Im in if you will have me. L4d2 ok. Borderlands is good. (its a life sucker like Diablo 2). You can only play 4 at a time and the lower levels are kinda slow, but its fun. Ask XFCJ.

Dear Webmaster. I went to sign up an have a problem. Im in Salt Lake City Utah, and my state is not among the choices. Apparently WNYG is not friendly to gamers outside NY, PA, or OH. For the time being i chose OH because thats logically the closest to my actual location. Admins, Please address in a timely manner. Thanks. :vio37:

Im going to have to discuss with techboy to see if he thinks its a good idea (it is his show)... Anyhow i'm thinking we do more of a BYOF, BYOB etc... Everyone is encouraged to bring something to share as well, but Its going to be rough if we all count on someone to bring the extra rolls and they never show-up... Thoughts?
