we are hosting a Taoist Tai Chi open house from 10am - 2pm at 968 kenmore ave on Saturday. Everyone is welcome to swing by and eat some good food before the LAN. I'll get to the LAN after I go home and shower up when it's over.

My father is about to have a quadruple bypass today... But pending any odd complications I should be able to make it Saturday.

Conan and I played L4D2 last night and had a ball. That was my 1st time playing it. With it being like $6 I recommend people have this game installed and updated. Trying to download and install games at the LAN eats up bandwidth while others are shooting each other in the head.
What other games may be played? I think the only race car game I have is GRID but that's on my PC not my laptop and the discs are bye bye.

So long story short, it took 12 hours for all of us to jump out of a plane yesterday. Skydiving was incredible! I did have my laptop in the car so if we got done earlier I could have just ran over there but it just didn't happen...

So my excuse for not making it this time is that August 14th I will be doing a big Taoist Tai Chi demo in Toronto w/ about 1000 other people at 10am. Then I have to hit the road and go to Newfane NY to go skydiving by 2pm with my soccer team, and then we are going to celebrate living through it via birthday party for our team captain at his house.
If I do make it at all, it will be sometime after the Jump, and before the party. Glad I bought this Qosmio gaming laptop, or else there would be no chance at all of me making it.

Hell yeahz!! One random plane goes down that flys like 10 times a day and it hits the news. Safer to jump out of a plane than to drive down the street.

World Cup was at 2pm... usa england 1-1. Then had to act like I was at a wedding all day long (showed up to the reception at 6pm) and that didn't fly over too well w/ the lady. (she was in the wedding) so yeah, didn't make this lan event...
